Hi, I’m Haylee. I’ve traveled all over capturing weddings, couples, and elopements. I’ve photographed weddings with guest lists over 500 and guest lists under 30. I love what I do, and I would love to work with you.

If you want a photographer who can pose you while you’re looking straight at the camera, you can get anybody. But if you want a photographer who can capture the real, genuine stuff, then you don’t want just anybody. Together, we’ll create something that feels effortless, meaningful, and completely yours.

This varies year to year. Sometimes I take 10 and sometimes I take 20.

The turnaround depends on how much I shoot, how busy I am, my travel schedule, and the holidays. For sessions it’s 3 weeks or less and weddings take 8 weeks or less. I try to get them back to you as soon as possible while making sure I give time to each and every image.

No, because editing is half the magic and without this huge step the images are only halfway done.

Weddings + Elopements are typically a 30% deposit and sessions are 50%. The last payment is due at least one week before your wedding, elopement, or session date. Sessions are paid in 2 payments and weddings are split into 3-4 payments. If an engagement or bridal session is included in your package, those payments are due on the day of the session
There is a 5% discount when you pay for your wedding in full (one payment).
You can pay with card, checking account, or Venmo.

I don’t alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, acne, scrape, etc.). If you’re self-conscious about something, please let me know as I’ll be extra aware of that while I’m posing you.

It varies depending on the session or wedding. Typically around 400 for weddings. I do guarantee a minimum # of images in each package. For sessions typically around 75.

In-State Weddings: If you purchased a wedding package, it’s covered. If you purchased an Elopement Package; Wedding Day Only Coverage; or a Session, it is covered unless your wedding, elopement, or session(s) are more than 50 miles from me. My travel fee within Utah is $0.67/mile.
Domestic Weddings: A flat fee of $1000 to cover all of my travel expenses.
International Weddings: Price varies from place to place. Inquire to receive a custom quote.

I will help with many things. I will be in contact with you throughout the process leading up to your session or wedding. If you need help choosing vendors or have any questions, I’m always a text away.

This is very rare. The only time something like this would occur, would be if it was something completely out of my control. In the event of something like this, I would do my best to find a replacement photographer that I trust with a similar style, although I’m not legally held to do so. If I can’t make it to your wedding, your money will be refunded.

I always encourage embracing all weather, as it’s beautiful and unique in photos. If it’s harsh enough, then we will find a time to reschedule.

If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date, then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date. I try my best to be flexible.
