Contract

This Photography Contract (the "Contract") is made effective as of November 14, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Haylee Baker and Betsy Smith.

On December 23, 2023, Haylee Baker will provide to Betsy Smith the following photography services (collectively, the "Services"): Family photos for the duration of 30 minutes. Client should expect to receive the edited photos within 2-3 weeks after the performance of the Services. This will include 25+ edited photos, which will be uploaded to an online gallery where high resolution downloads and web-size downloads will be made available to client. These photos will be available in the online gallery for 1 month. Following the 1-month period, the photos will expire and no longer be available.

PAYMENT. (1) Betsy Smith agrees to pay Haylee Baker a sum of $150.00 in consideration for the photography services to be rendered by Haylee Baker. In consideration for this fee, Haylee Baker will devote 30 minutes to take family pictures for Betsy Smith. The full payment for the Services is due one-week prior to the event on Dec 16, 2023. If payment is not received on time, Haylee Baker reserves the right to terminate this Contract.

DEPOSIT. At the time of the signing of the Contract, Betsy Smith shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to Haylee Baker for the Services. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payment owed by Betsy Smith upon completion of the Services.

This Contract contains the entire Contract of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other contract whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Contract. This Contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

This Contract may be modified or amended in writing, if the writing is signed by the party obligated under the amendment.
