I shoot film alongside digital because film slows me down in the best way. It allows me to focus on moments as they unfold naturally — the quiet in-between, the imperfect, the emotional. Film brings softness, texture, and honesty to your wedding day, creating images that feel lived-in and timeless rather than overly polished.

Film photography is woven intentionally into my wedding coverage. I use professional-grade film stocks chosen for their ability to capture true skin tones, natural light, and emotional depth. Each roll is hand-processed and scanned to ensure a consistent, timeless look that complements the documentary style of my work.

This is very rare. The only time something like this would occur, would be if it was something completely out of my control. In the event of something like this, I would do my best to find a replacement photographer that I trust with a similar style, although I’m not legally held to do so. If I can’t make it to your wedding, your money will be refunded.

I shoot with both 35mm and Medium (120) Format. Film has fewer frames and no instant playback. Unlike digital, film requires real materials, thoughtful exposure, and professional lab processing. Because film is limited by the number of frames per roll, it is used selectively throughout the day rather than continuously. Each film photograph is carefully chosen and professionally processed to preserve its unique character.
